Well first off, your going to need a copy of Adobe photoshop./ gimp / paintshop pro, etc

Then I guess it just depends on what you want to do to the car, if you want to change a set of rims, then look for rims tutorials, if you want to change the bodykit then look for bodykit tutorials.

As first, it's a time consuming just learning the tools, but once you get started it gets easier.
