New Idea **Boost Autemo**
Out of complete boredom, I was thinking "What could I suggest that might make Autemo a bit more interesting for the members to view/see/do". Anyways, after brain storming on paper, I came up with an idea. Btw, I posted this on its own separate topic to keep everything in place and all the comments and criticism focused in the one section. As everyone sees, Autemo is getting more popular now and its only a matter of time before it gets bigger than PSU ever was.
Introduction
I know we have monthly/weekly competitions, but what about a "three monthly competition"?! By this, I mean bringing something extra extraordinary to the Autemo Community Forums, something that involves everyone on here. Here at Autemo, we have our different levels; New Choppers, Indermediate, Pro Tuner, Advanced and Elite. Every three months, what about hosting a Competition for that desired section, something different, something fun were everyone can join in. If you have already got your brain cells thinking? Then read on to see how it works.
How it works?
Lets say we start the competition now; we'll use the Pro Tuner Section as an example. The Admins will post a Topic (to be stickied) in that section. The first 15 Pro Tuner Choppers to reply to the Topic with interest in joining will get chosen to do a chop. Its basically going to work like a Team Chop. So 15 players, consisting of 5 teams and 3 players each per team. Now the fun part for Autemo, the members cannot chose who they want to be with. The Admins will post up in the same Topic after discussion who's team you'll be in; however, every three months, this will change.
The Deadline with this can be discussed if this idea goes ahead; but I'd say to give each Team 3 weeks to complete the chop, then have the voting for one week. This can be done for each section; New Choppers, Intermediate, Pro Tuners, Advanced and Elite. This idea start to sound better now? Keep reading, it gets more interesting.
What happens after Voting?
Once the winning Team gets announced, they get a Feature on the Autemo Homepage; this happens for all the five levels of chopping. The feature stays there until the next three months up and the next competition is ready to go live. Ah see you thought their would be an epic prize for this didn't you? Think again, their is a valuable reward that ONLY you have received from this. Interested to find out? Keep reading.
What do I get from this Competition?
You get respect from the Autemo Staff. Not only respect, you get respect from your own Team. This is good for everyone to try and enter if they can make it into the competition by checking out for the Topic. It will bring you closer with members in your league, you can share techniques when working together and you can bring yourself and others closer within the community. Its nice that when new members come on, they feel a bit distant, they don't know what to expect on new forums, but they'll see everyone here is on for fun, to help and share things with each other.
