Good job, just rotate the front rim clockwise slightly a bit to get it sitting correctly. Also a tip is to use the sharpen filter to enhance the quality of the rims when they are a bit blurry like this. There is problem with the neon, it is the second reflection, it actually doesn't need this, and its sitting in the wrong position anyway. So delete that part and it would look better. Keep it up mate you are progressing already
