I am changing this to a battle. I'm posting here for you helping me with comments and criticism. I decided to use matte all over the car with some metallic parts.

sorry but the front rims is lil bit off, maybe you can fix that

it's easy
Select the car, create a new layer and go hue/saturation. Choose a dark blue and change the blending mode to darken.
After that u can go to levels ou color balance adjust little things
Cumpz.
