But before i start, I have some questions:

I request for more time ( 3-4 minutes max) because I can't put all of my ideas in 2 minutes..

Can I put just a logo, not a screen? Some effects won't look right , if there'll be a fullscreen logotype.
Also, I think i won't put the logo at the start.. ( I will explain everything later )

hm.. I think I need a loooot of chops.. So can I have a permission to use any chop I choose? m?

Use Autemo logo at the start and at the end (including a link), not necessarily the one provided, just use one.
Ask the owner(s) of the chop(s) you intent to use. However, if they give you permission, like Jackdarton did, there's no need to ask them, obviously.

We really can't change the time limits unfortunately. Why don't you do 2 versions? You could do the full length one, and then just make a shorter version of it to submit as your entry

Yes, you can modify the autemo logo screen if you want. I suppose its ok as long as you show the logo and the link. And it does have to be at the start and end. Otherwise you will be penalized in the comp.
