Donorcentral - Cannot Upload

When I try and upload to the Donorcentral, I get this message;

Hi Andy, I'll check that out.

It may have to do with permissions, I was originally going to make it so only people with 100+ posts could contribute to DCN and download. But I took that out at the last minute and made it open.

Uploading and reviewing worked great for me yesterday when i tried.
