Had to make this for school with a schoolmate, but it will be an official site aswell!

Because it's all Dutch I'll try to explain what the site is about.

It's about a tennistournament for the youth that's called the "Anna van Toor YouthTennisTournament".
Anna van Toor is the head sponsor of this tournament and they wanted to have the site look a bit like theirs: http://www.annavantoor.nl

So my mate started a while ago with scripting and he made a simple design:

Already looks pretty fine for someone who never uses PS imo!

To not mess up his work I had to keep the same dimensions etc
The people from the tournament didnt have any files of the logo-font, so had to do the logo with the pentool to get the correct colour ;p

The site is still a work in progress, so will the design be.

On the left you see what it is all about, and on the right you see where the tournament 'stands for'
The right half will be on every page, left half will change per page

What do you think about it?

I think you've done a good job. You've definitely captured their 'look and feel'. The first version with the racquets in the header looks best. Out of the colours, i prefer the pink version because it stands out and has good contrast. It also follows their colour scheme. 2nd I would probably choose the yellow

Your friend looks like he does alright with webdesign. It's good that he's used Mootools and mainly CSS from what I can see.
