i take this chop for example..

now,how to make these reflections? what tools i must use and how?

Use brush tool with some layer opaticy. I'm do like that:
First create the selection, than feather to 1px. Next brush white.
Then use Options: Normal and opaticy to 50%
3 step duplicate layer and the options are: Overlay and 100% opaticy.
Than try using eraser tool delete some parts on layer Normal 50% to get better color.
The last step is using brush tool about 8px with hardness 100% put one spot. And change to overlay and smudge a little bit. That will be good. I dont have my notebook so I cannot post images.

Brush on some white lines, and lower the opacity of them to around about 20-25% then using the smudge tool set to about 60%, just brush with it along the white lines to blur them like that
