I was surfing on the internet and I found that I am allowed to drive a car at 16 years old.
I found some cars like Ligier, Aixam and so on.
Around 2k euros used. 5 HP and max speed I think around 90 kmh.
I would really love to drive one now

Can you be 16 and drive in Romania or is it just small electric or cars using moped engines you can drive until you're 18?

you can drive them at what age you want i think.
And i can't wait 1 and a half years untl i get my license .
if i won't buy one of those i want to buy a ktm 125 or another bike

With 5HP those will never ever get 90km/h.
Do you in Romania already have the EU-drivers-license?

If yes and if you talk about the M-Class. The max speed you're allowed to drive with it are 45km/h.
With the same class you can drive mopeds with the same speed and the same 5PS engines.
I would do drive a moped or nothing. Those cars are not good.

A friend of a friend of mine has a cat like that.
He removed that thing that limits the max speed to 45 and got 90 kmh
And about the eu-drivers-license i don't know anything

in holland its considered a moped , people can drive them if they are 16 years old and got their moped license (few years back you didnt need a license for a moped in holland , 16 years old and you could drive a moped , now they have introduced a moped drivers license

I feel sorry for you guys. In America a 16 year old can drive a full sized pick up truck and haul 35 foot goosneck trailers. Theres really no limits unless its a actual class 8 truck then its 18 and over, or if your 14 to 15 you can get a hard ship license for school and work use only and theres no motor limits.
