yes this is like the easiest way to do it but depending where you drag it to you could find you mess it up so sometimes a soft brush also works

Nice tut but what is the patch tool? I still use the clone tool, but the odd time I just brush it away.

if you're runnign Photoshop CS5 you can use the new spot healing tool with the content aware feature on
