Well the idea is that, for me that I am a bit new in virtual tuning, have not met many interesting things
of which I hear directly, such as PSU, Digimods, among others, which I do not know their history. So,
for who is the longest in this ''world'','why not create an article, or something like that, to explain and tellhistory of these sites forums, breeders, owners, closes? Whatever, the whole history of international virtual tuning, and also the story of the rise of Autemo, if alredy have something, forgive me but not seen, otherwise the idea is given.

can really remember exactly in what order but i have been on psu - photoshopchop - digimods - chino4real (dutch site) - virtuamods and then autemo
all forums where i have been really active

(not gonna post any names in the following story) my story about digimods and how it came to an end , this is first hand and 1000% the way it went (nobody really knew this)

i joined digimods a long time ago as a member and was on it for a couple of years
all was cool and i loved digimods

back in the day digimods was the standard (like imo what autemo now is), awsome site with great people .
it just was one of the best sites around (there where other good sites as well but this was the biggest and best)
there where awsome choppers on there and for those times the standards where high (like on autemo now)
i have to be hounest some of the great choppers from back then i never saw here sadly

but.......


at one point there where a lot of members on digimods who never chopped one pic , they came for different reasons..
in the beginning it was fun because some of them where really funny and well laughter is cool right ...
general chat was at one point the most active place on digimods ....
but it became a place of ranting and bashing , personal atacks and it got out of hand.
when the serious people (serious about chopping) said something about the fact that in the forst place it was a chop forum they got bashed .....

the group of users not having anything with chopping was actually quite big , when some of the lead troublemakers got a ban it was like a war broke out
the situation got worse and worse ..

story is long and extensive (but i'm making it real short) , i was moderator on digimods for a while did what the admin wanted and we tyed to calm things down and make it more friendly again ..
when at one point the admin deleted himself and went away sick of all the bashing and the fact it just could not be kept in controle..

i was made admin then of digimods ...that means the public admin so there where 3 people above me , 2 who only where like the owner and webrelated guy and one was also admin but less openly active ....

the fact dm was so great in the past and the bashing drove away all the good people and even the admin (who was a great chopper as well and still is) made us tighten rules extensively..

no more bs was alowed but the troublemakers only saw this as an excuse to provoce staff even more and bash members even more

they stated it was a forum and they where entitled to do what they want (witch is bull because there are basic rules about behaviour)

i could type for hours and i cant tell everything in detail because i dont want to dish certain people (although they used me)
i tried my best to get the peace back
and how sad is it the gread dm forum could not be saved due to people who even didnt chop ..

in short there was a secret admin , people could not see him , i didnt know about it , the secret admin deleted posts , threads and gave bans .
and you guys guess who got blamed ????

yep thats me , so people really where convinced i did that but didnt dare to be hounest about it ..

one guy above me really used me and lied to me about everything and i was like a sort of scapegoat , even though i was on dm for ages , chopped a lot , was friendly i got used ....
they hoped i would fix the prolblem by becoming mister bad guy when that failed the secret admin deleted so much and banned so much and i got blamed

soon the plug was pulled and dm got shut down by the owner > end of digimods


then i was still didnt know who did the secret stuff and we started virtuamods on our own
me and one other guy (also admin of dm)
what i found out and what happened then i dont want to tell fully but virtuamods got closed and later when i was gone restarted again .
i believe its still out there , never looked at it again

my passion about chopping was basicly killed and for 1 year i didnt do anything , no chops , no forums ....
when one day i was bored and started a chop .. chopped for myself for a month and really liked it again..
used a small dutch forum for a while called chino4real

then found autemo and looked here a lot , never posted ..
untill one day i started posting here and the rest is .....

always been fun here , great people and a lot of cool stuff , lay out witch looks (still) awsome

i love autemo

but maybe now you understand why sometimes i dont like when people bash and certain things happen here , i dont want to see this place go down
