Heard this from a few people and on the radio etc.. Thought it was rumours but seems more certain now. Some type of moon and sun eclipse up in the sky and will be bright red at the hours of 6.30am on Tuesday morning (this morning). Last happened 500 years ago apparantly.

I think for you Americano's that's 3 hours away from you're time you'se will see it

I'm watching it tonight. I think its 4-5 hours from now at 3am in central usa time

It's the Earth casting its shadow on the moon that causes/caused it, iirc.

I went up to the sports oval with my housemates to check it out at the given time, 6.43pm, but I'm guessing the moon was hidden behind cloud cover or still too low on the horizon and hidden by trees.. I didn't catch a glimpse of it unfortunately.

I was walking about the city at that time and didn't see the moon either
