Next things should do:
- Detailed up front rims , and basic brushing on brake.
- Fix the angle of rear rims then detailed it up
- Adding some radiator or intercooler / maybe would rebrush it again (i hope so!)
- Basic brushing on interior and detailed up
- and any other things that make it look better

thanks :D

thanks for your all comments.

i just confused with the lighting.

I think only one, thats the Golf matte black, but when I tried the same way on other chops, they turned out weird. B)

its all in the reflections and detail

plus look at jacks tut basically show how to make a chop look real :-d
Sainity is the playground for the unimaginative

First of all i would say start over. As for now the colour differences are waay to big i think. Also as everyone has said already try following Jack's tutorial
Old Hondas never die, they just get faster!
its not that horrible imo

just try to lower the tones a bit its too saurated , already the first thing that makes it look less realistic
then i would use a tad (really tiny tad) of noise , so little that you can only see it when zoomed in (take any real pic of the net and zoom in , what will you find there ?? yep noise (doenst mean it have to be obvious or a lot or on every inch of the chop , no but some helps to make stuff look more real)
\like with everything dont overdo it or its will backfire
also using the shading you should work more like this > darker close to the area that needs depth and as you go away from that area it gets lighter and lighter
also some darkened area;s in your chop are too dark

hard to explain only with words but...

and nibs i know jacks brush tut is awsome and very helpfull , i think for some it might be too high
because they would mimick his brush style rather then learn their own
every chopper should use basic stuff but develope their own technique

for making refs jacks tut is awsome , but people will gonna use those refs everywhere , use them on an outside chop etc etc...
they should look at his tut read it several times but not try to copy that tut :-d

anyway i think this isnt hidious work you have done so far , you need to stick with it and finish it eventually , post it and take what ever pointer people give you and use that on the next chop

also if your not feeling confident about the full brush , next time use a base to chop with vivid colors , maybe even a studio shot (wallpaper like) and only brush stuff like a bodykit and learn to mimick / copy the paint already on the car , this will help you way more then get lost in a full brush

also take c&p parts in lower res and different color and rebrush them to fit a car
also something that makes you see more about brushing and still have reference from the car your chopping (paint wise)

lol what an silly comment
what good does tutorial with different lighting scheme help with this one?
i would advice to find a picture of green car in similar lighting situation, even if it was an small pic, you can pick colors off it

good luck

In all fairness, my tutorial covers just picking colours from your reference car, not just how to brush in that bg xD Hence the beginning of the tut with completely different lighting.

It's looking alright so far, as mentioned just try and find a reference picture with the same kind of reflections/lighting that you want and copy what you see in terms of colour and tones.
Hello.
yes, i agree with that jack
but all in all i think it would be better for artist this level at the moment to follow real car more ;)
