are you going for matte blue?

brush looks super cool atm.
background is too.
i'd use different rims though. these don't really make the whole car pop up.

so... I don't know, the hood is good or not like this. I C/P-ed a hood, and rebrushed it. Also add some white colour, some clouds and a reflection. What do you think?

It looks pretty good, but you need to work more with the white clouds. use the smudge (hope its right word) tool! they are a bit to thick, look at the cloud on the sky! same with the windscreen, it's more like white dots. I think the tree refs are too sharp Imo.
