I dont have much time for choping I've got a lot of project. I'd like to show my new layout about Martial Arts.

There is english version. So all have been done in flash using as3. There is no animation with movie clip only as3. So all page is really less about 300kB. All gallery, images and text is loading via xml, and in admin panel my customer can edit it. It's new technique where customer can edit flash sites without any problems :-)

So please comment it Graph of layout was created in illustrator :-)

Looks good, but i think it'd look even better with a few adjustments:

1. Bring the logo over to the left, introduce a banner section to even out the header, and give a bit of uniformity and balance to the page.
2. Add white backgrounds behind the paragraphs of text (trainers pages). It'll make things easier to read for your users.
3. Overall tweaking the layout like this will add a bit better composition and make it a bit more user friendly. The green outlines gives you an idea of the 3 main components in each page: the header, the navigation, the body.
