On this pic I want to remove the spoiler.
How would I do it?

2 ways....
one..change the bg and leave without spoiler....
or use the clone tool
alt+click the area you want to copy....then move the brush over the spoiler you want to get rid of, and click and drag brush around...it takes practice, and a fair bit of experimientation, but you'll get there eventually

Just need a new Spoiler now

you should change the background, thats easier and it looks much better..

copy the background near the spoiler,
(there are preople, right?)
and paste it over the spoiler.
take a smooth rubber ober the sharp edges.
