content aware is only one thing, but did you serioulsy think that they made a tool that could fix an image in atouch of abutton really .

There's nothing wrong with CS5.

I think it works even faster, in the way of using less RAM, then CS4 does.

Content aware fill isn't that magical, but what do you expect?
Like Glac said, it does more than that...
