MOVED: euro lineup painting (including lots of wip pictures)
well i thought I may as well post this up, was a college project a couple of years ago to create artwork for round the college and i decided to do a fairly large scale painting.
Back when i was into the veedub scene i'd saved a huge amount of pictures and this one really stood out to me so I thought what the hell, transferred it onto some acetate (clear plastic sheets) and drew the basic outline from that.

It was 2 metres X 4 metres if i recall correctly, all divided into 4 equally sized mdf boards 2mx1m, and I only had a month in which to create it all. It meant a lot of transporting the boards between home and college. The boards wouldnt fit inside my metro (rip my metro gta, i loved that little shitbox) so quite a lot of awkward carrying on my back (luckily i lived in the same village as my college so it could have been worse).
Anyway, the all important wip photos (sorry about the horrendous quality of some of them, dodgy phone pictures)

And the all important final product in place in the college dining hall

and just so you can get a sense of the scale of it, here it is from the far end of the dining hall.

well, I hope you guys like it, got an awful lot of work to show still including a piece that took me 4 months to complete (i mean literally the entire 4 months, all day at college then take it home and work on it until midnight)
comments much appreciated
