Made this portrait drawing for my girlfriend.
Not too happy with it (still don't know how to make the hair look good, it's haaard!), but on the other hand, it's way better then my previous drawings imo. Hope to make a better drawing soon!

Made a weird choice to work with a black pastel pencil, mechanical pencil and stumps only. Don't think I'll do it again, unless I'm going for a coloured portrait.

Worked on it for about 5 hours, but not sure about that.

what an awesome portrait!
to make the hair better, add some emphasis by pulling plenty of darker strokes as hair strands to make it look more like hair, right now its too much of a solid mass
