Can't upload chops in my account!

Trying to update my account with my last chop and this error message pop up: Please select JPG or PNG images for upload
What shall I do (the chop is in JPG)???

Make sure you dont have any special characters in the name
It might be that

Make sure you selected the file you want to upload, in Jpg or Png format.
and Don't use special characters when naming the chop such as . : / ' , ;

Thanks, but I named the base as a and chop as b and they are jpg anyway its not working
will try one more time!

Hmmm don't know why it worked but after I opened the pictures in paint and did save as again it worked

I had the same problem, and i reduced the image to reduce the weight and it worked!

Maybe there is a size limit that isn't listed. Also i have been on some sites that differentiate between jpg and jpeg.
