For a magazine competition. For my own hope of winning i won't say what lol. Just started it today and i love where its going with the aid of my bmw fanatic next door!

Front bumper is a mix of overbrush but most is copy paste. Going for overall realism and true bmw pedigree with the colors and flags, etc.

Do you have a HR ? That way is easier to make comments and suggestions. Anyhow, from what i can see on that pic, it looks pretty good so far. Good Luck with the comp!

Good start so far.
Everything is looking good, but for now I hate the side mirrors (not the design but the execution) it need to get sorted by adding shadow and highlight on the correct areas... and fast it hurt my eyes

and I'm not too sure if the BG suits the scene. you should try to go for an awesome race track BG with some strong color filters to give it an awesome atmosphere. (I would upload some BG's, but i don't have time at the moment )

Nah TBH im not too sure, maybe the pattern looks too flat (like all one tone / lighting) or maybe it need a bit more warping.

Only solution i can think of now is add a bit of highlights and some shadows.
(My edit consist of using burn tool and white brushing (both at 20% opacity)

I love the background, colour combination and front bumper. Looks well. Front arch vents look kack though tbh. I'm sure you'll come up with a better design for that. I'll be watching this thread.
