I wanted to get a comic art type of feel for this one so I underplayed the colors to keep everything dark and I added a screen over it to give it that comic book paper look.

Try to be more constructive with your criticism please. He does have a number of good chops

I think it looks cool dude! Couple things that are probably easy to fix:
1. The tires aren't flush on the ground with the shadow
2. Whats with the grid stuff over the pic? Would be great without
3. And the pain maybe looks a tiny bit flat so thats why the graphic looks fake.

Overall great ideas! But a little more time and attentions to small details would be killer!

Thanks Chopper, but I'm not too worried about that comment. I did screw-up the wheels, good call. I made them using path objects and must have moved the bottoms from their original spot.

But the as for the rest I was going for flat, the grid was to make it look more like something printed on the cheap paper in comic books...they print them as small dots like this: ...I just couldn't bring myself to do a total screen print effect (the dots)

It is fake .. yes.
The wheels are well done.
