My tip would be to actually lower the car and not just add/drag the bumper lower. It looks massive!

the angle on the left side of the rear bumper needs rotating to look level but so far its coming along

Agreed plus the way you added the bumper makes it look really long. Like properly xzibit-meme material as in bumper on top of bumper.
