I feel like there is bit too much going on allover the pic. Sligthly hard to see what is going on to me.

I should expressed myself better. Technically there is good areas, the added wear and damage follows shapes of the car etc.

Just that there is some filtering? Or quality is bit low so it is hard to see the chop clearly. Or then I need to adjust my monitorsettings.

Thanks for explaining, i added a graining effect on the photo so it might made it hard too see, i did a color grading but im still learning on that

I think you did a good job considering the tough base image. I love the rough paintwork and the grafitti. It is a little busy and I think the car blends into the background too much, I like to see the car pop a little. There's also a pretty noticable hue difference between the body and the roof as the body seems green and the roof is purple. Also try using a huge soft eraser at the bottom of your puddle reflection layer to make the car fade a little.
