Well, you have some problems. First things you can see is that the sharp edges from the wheel arches, and they look flat, unfinished.
The second thing is the wheels, the´re blurry. I like the idea, but in another colour.

So you have great ideas, but you don't have the tool to make it cool. Hope soon you will have a better PC to run Ps on.

This one would really need that extra finishing touches. Hopefully you get to try photoshop on pc soon.
