i like the result, some parts looks lika a toon, not that real. I know that matt paint its not easy, and the reflexion on the windows doesnt look good. Overall nice idea.

EduSport is right, the paint looks flat, even though it's supposed to be matte.
The reflections on the windows are way too strong, try and lower that layer's opacity so you can actually see the window and interior through the reflections.
The wheels are way too big and the way they're fitted the car can never sit that low on them.
All in all good ideas, just need to work on the finishing. Practice practice practice!
