Here's a tutorial i made, to show you how to create CF.
It's similar to Pete Smith/ Digimod's tutorial, but with even more steps added, because IMO his tutorial is dated and need an update.

The proper image to show the final work, it was rushed, so it's not %100 perfect:


Notes: you can really lightly erase some of the brighter or darker areas to make the mesh seem not as flat, and like i already mentioned, Please play around with the setting until it looks right, as my setting were all random, so it not the optimised setting, and could look alot better.
