I agree with our resident Finn. I understand what you're trying to achieve with the blur effect and at first glance it looks really good but we want to see your whole work. I also noticed that on the blurred versions the rear fender and door has moved, did you use the smudge tool to create the blur effect? That's a first for me. Why not use the Blur tool or a blur filter?
The chop looks really good though, you nailed the reflections on the bonnet, the windshield and on the wet ground.
