The pointing system was talked about a couple of times so far and nothing has changed. I agree it's kinda pointless giving a 10 for every work and if you want to motivate someone, you should give them a more realistic grade. If you can't, it's better off not giving a grade at all.
It's the same with the comments, they should be more helpful, not just saying "great work", because if you point out a flaw, like matt, Veer and F355 did here, you're actually giving a note to someone to try and correct it in the future. Especially since there's a lot of novice artist here, who could get better faster(myself included) if there was actual feedback. I'm not pointing fingers at anyone, since I don't comment that often, but I try to be helpful when I do.
I know this is the wrong place for this kind of comment, but I was just continuing on F355's and matt's posts.
As for the chop, everyone has said what's good and what's not, so I won't add to that.
