Hi All,

I know its a subjective matter as to what point any chop is given and from who that point comes from...but surely if the max point a chop can get is 10 points then a chop with mistakes (major issues) shouldnt be getting 10 with the feedback "great chop bro" or "cool work bro"...i just feel that those who attempt to show off their work can't improve this way...i dont myself know a way to improve this situation but i truly feel that something has to be done in the way the chops are valued (the way the points are dished out)

I hope i'm not the only one who thinks this is an issue and some of y'all have a few opinions or ideas on how this could be improved!?

Well, I agree with you for the comments, and it's been talked about the "problem" before.

Yes, I also think that there should be more creative criticism and tips/pointing out flaws, especially from the higher ranked members, but you can't force people to do so. Be it cool work bro or something else, just let others do as they want, because you can't change how they want to comment. Also, think of it like this. What if someone wants to help, but doesn't want to look bad because he/she doesn't know the words(yes, google translate is shit in this)? Or if someone knows the words, but just doesn't want to look like a smartass? Those are all possibilities... As for the points, meh, I don't really take them in consideration tbh, just numbers

Personally, I try to help with comments, as much as I can, and if the lack of them it bothers you, do it like I do, give criticism. Don't mind the rest, do what you think is right. That's just my point of view on the whole thing.

Yeah, I try my best to write good comments as well.
And I really appreciate these comments for sure!
I think most people don´t want to take the time to look at pics closely and then write some sentences,
I think that´s the main problem.
But at the end you can´t change that, just hope that more and more people will make that one day.
