Pc system for Photoshop and other

Hi guys!
I just thinking about the pc. I thought my pc system is enough for some years to play and use photoshop nad other stuff.
But it looks like not even enought
So what do you think? We are in the first half of 2016.
What is the normal , average system that use it for photoshop firstly maybe some video editing and some games too in this year.

Specifications??? ( I dont even get the brand amd or nvidia, i mean the tech specs e. g. : 3,4 ghz processor, 16 gb ram......)

My opinion is
Some 4-6 cores processor about 3,5 ghz
Minimum 16 gb ram
Some good grapics card minimum 2-gb vram
Minimum 1 Tb HDD
Minimum 240 gb ssd.....
22" monitor Full hd....(or but its expensive now 4k?)

What is your opinion????
I love 🔰 !!!
22" is to small for PS

How many money u have
I just went from an older 6 core AMD processor to a brand new I5 6600k, 16gb DDR4 and it made a huge difference.

What specs do you have now and what version of photoshop do you use? I use CS3 and can have up to 2000 layers without bad performance. If I use CS6 I get bad performance at below 1000 layers. Also Photoshop can only use a certain amount of ram. CS3 can use about 4gb of ram.

Are you sure about that? I have two 24" which isnt that much bigger and it's more than enough for me.

honestly you dont need more than 16gb ram for photoshop
i am not the best person to advise parts, but what i can do is tell you my specs on a fairly old pc which i can run photoshop with very big files and a lot of layers easily, i have a i7 4770k, 16gb ram, radeon hd 7850 2gb, ssd 500gb, i never had to say "i need more power" with this specs, so its all good :)

sometimes i have photoshop, corel and strata 3d opened and working on the 3 at the same time, with internet running, skype running, media player for music and all that and still running smooth

i disagree , for 1080p monitors it is proven that 22 inch is the ideal size screen, unless you go for QHD or 4k there is no point having a monitor bigger than 22 inch, i have a 27 inch full hd 1080p yet i also have a 22 inch full hd monitor and honestly the 22 inch is a lot crisper and sharper obviously
My specs
Amd fx 6300 stock, not tuning
Gigabyte gtx 660 oc 2GB vram
2*4gb 1600 mhz ram
500gb hdd
21,5" Lg fullhd monitor

Sometimes its a bit slow....( i dont know why)
Its almost a 2 and a half year old system.
I just think about it what is the better option change some parts or buy a new one.
That is why i am asking your opinion. :)
I love 🔰 !!!
well i dont really like amd processors, just personall preference, yet yours seems like it is a 4 year old mid range processor, this could be improved yet upgrading processor can be quite expensive, so instead i would upgrade ram to 16gb seeing that photoshop relies a lot on ram, check your motherboard and see if it supports 16gb , this could solve your "slow" performance on photoshop, also, get an ssd and install photoshop on it, believe me its awesome, i can not believe the difference when i bought mine
It support. But what do you think about this specs:

Asrock B150M PRO4
Intel Core i5-6500
EVGA GTX950 2GB DDR5 SC+
2* 8gb ram
Its a bit expensive but i think worth it. ( anyaway i need car parts too so maybe later buy this... :) )
I love 🔰 !!!
the i5 processor is deffo an improvement, yet get more ram on top of that
Thanks!
Think about the sofwares:
Now i have win 8.1 and photoshop cs6. i have to upgrade to win 10??
the win 8.1 cause too the slow thing???
I love 🔰 !!!
i still have windows 7 and will keep until its not updated anymore, i heard mixed oppinions on windows, but hey i think we should not change a winning team, and windows 7 is still winning for me atm
