So i made a simple trick on how to make them, can use them on quick chops....etc or add more things to it to make it realistic, you can play with levels/curves/B&C to make it pop more but just a simple trick i wanted to share with you guys, hope it helps in a way

Create cage only once and group it. If you use the action more than once you wont get the results.
