I think, when forum was changed, you have add new section - Votes. A section where all people must first add their chops to vote and comments. Why? Baceuse sometimes, newbies in VT make better chops than users in pro or elite lev.
In section all can write their comments and votes for Novice/Prp/Elite/HoF section.
Most of votes for some section give chance for promote chop to higher or lover section (of course only chop, no user).
Why I think that idea is good?
For exemple.
Novice users has chance for try was better and better to get promotion (when he have more chops in the section)
Pro users have the same chance for higher level, but when he make a bad chop, he has degradations for lower level and know he should next time make better chop.
This is good idea for rivarly too and be better in that what he do. When user have chance for be better, he try be it and make better and better chops, and don't be baddest and was degradate to lower section.
