Hi guys. I have problem. I'm looking for tutorial to make a bigger arches to fit bigger wheels on car. I'm fitting usually too small wheels, and here is my problem. Where i find that's tutorial/tip? Maybe you have special technique to create this? Cheers !

Select the arch, and stretch it a bit. It's about the simplest thing you can do in most photoediting software (maybe not as easy in PS as in a proper program but still...)

Well It's pretty simple. Select the arch you want to make bigger. use ctrl+J to copy and paste it onto a new layer. the difference between that and ctrl+c & chtrl+v is that it stays on the same place and won't be centred on the screen when pasted. Then ctrl+T (transform) hold shift and make it the size you want it. Then do some erasing or whatever you need to do to make it match the body of the car.
