CS6 Help, plus I'm back

hey guys, I'm back after a short break from chopping.

I now have a Mac (latest 2013 21" version) and the latest photoshop, cs6. Previously i was working on cs2 so this is bait of a jump so how do you set up your photoshop cs6? layout wise i mean as i am struggling to get to grips with this one tbh. Thanks in advance for any help given.

I use it practically out-of-the-box.
No major layout changes from me.

Could you ask your question more specifically?

Is there anything you would recommend changing to the photoshop layout or any tips around cs6
