Very cool actually. The Ampera looks awful but yours is pretty cool. I love the widebody kit and the new front bumper. You kept the blue hue on the roof and bonnet but removed it on the windows.
I'm not sure if you wanted to turn on the lights or if it's a tint but I'd do something like this:



Soft white brush double the same size as the bulbs set to Overlay. Duplicate the layer if they're not bright enough. then a smaller soft brush set to orange. Many layermodes looks good here so choose the one you like. Then a big soft dark blue brush about the size of the entire headlights set to colour dodge. Then if you want you can add the small white lines by using the line tool. make 3-4 lines and erase the tips with a soft eraser.
