if there were guarantees that the votes are opened and closed on time and the votes are counted with the rankings of the various rounds this year I do the championship but I somehow doubt that you face

Do we title our pms "Advanced Round 6 entry" as it says, or should we title them "Basic Round 1 (2014) entry"?
