Hey folks!

I have some big news for Autemo, as I've managed to get my hands on a friend to help me work on development the site as well as fixing bugs on the site (I know there are still alot of flaws and I apologise).

As a first step of change, most of us that have been in the chopping scene will notice is that the forum hasn't been as active lately from a drop in new quality contents, chop activity and competitions (which is my fault).

To combat that, I considered merging the forum showrooms back to how things used to be back in the days. Having just 3 ranking/ showrooms to condense the site and hopefully create some competitions between artists.

This is how it will go down:
-New artist: Will be re-titled to Novice chopper
-Intermediate chopper: Will be merged with Novice, but deserving artist will be promoted to Pro after -posting a new chop that is high quality.
-Pro Tuner: Will remain Pro Artists.
-Advance: Be merged with Elite as these guys are already very highly rated
-Elite: Staying as Elite/ best of the best.
(Leaving just: Novice, Pro, Elite, Quick chop, Hall of fame, Work in progress area.)

The change will take place sometime during the next few weeks as it is in beta mode and we have to make sure everything is working and connected.

This is just 1 of the many changes I have planned for the site, but let me know what you guys think of the idea and or how to improve.

Good good. Three showrooms should do just fine now.

Just crossed my mind coming to this topic after seeing some 3d renders at 'Other artwork'. Is that still the place for those or do those belong in the actual showrooms?

Someone could feel very much the lack of those deleted categories. I think the avg. vote would be nice if displayes beside the rank.

This is a good idea. There should be a new part of the forum, where you can post your 3D renderings ( Without any restriction of skill at first, perhaps.).

So Among your other ideas, you should keep that in mind Mr. HUAYAYAYA

3D is and should be given more credit for the hard work. Maybe their own showroom or in the normal showrooms rather then the other's section.

maybe i'll create a subforum for you guys because I personally think 3D should and can play a big part for the future of Autemo.

That's what I was thinking. The description of Other artwork doesn't mention 3d anyway and by the examples mentioned, it doesn't really fit in there.

bring back pro tuner advance or elite to novice ... (WHAT???)
if there's no activity or login at least one years,
but will be returned to each after posting new chop in high res.

the only thing that did not go down is that the former are in the same category of intermediate type pusuzka and other people , no offense ........

Instead of thinking it that way, maybe now with more people are in the same showroom choppers might start helping each other to improve
