Ford Supervan 4

Hi guys, i was watching some tv and on it was a show about the hisory of the ford supervan. For those who dont know about it, it was a promotional idea by ford, for their transit vans, and which the hollowed out the car, dropped it on a gt40 race chassis and went from there. since that first supervan, 2 more were made as pictured below, but were a little less crude in the end with a race chassis, cosworth race engine, and a fiberglass shell haha

so anyway my idea was to see if i could design the next supervan. although i think they look a little tacky theres some part of it that just looks cool and would be a mad car to take out on a track.

so i started with 2009 transit and tried so far to follw the lines of the previous models, aswell as modern day race cars, in an attempt to figure out what kind of design it would be like if someone actually did it today.

Anyway here it is :)
Let me know what you think or if you have any cool ideas i could put in :)

See below for previous models

I suggest cutting off part of the lower body, bring the arches up and then lower it for a more aggressive look ;)

Thanks samvesters, ive decided to run with that and it looks great so far, thanks :)

haha yeah i think that was the Super Sport Van and it doesnt quite run along the same lines as it only has about 220hp, and is a road car :)

I don't think he changed anything, it's from the base.

CUrious to see how it would look on the new background and lowered by half a mile!
Really like the design already, Maybe you can make it a little bit wider too.
Nice to see something different that sticks out from the rest!

Oh, I meant the vent's shadow. How I could ever mean the car's shadow???

Again another update. this time ive found some wheels and a bg, but i havent quite got it sitting right tho. also the shadow underneath the car now was just a temporary one to help me figure out positioning, ill make it look heaps better later.

oh and sharry i agree about the vent being too dark, but when i lighten it it looks even worse, so i might start it again later, but for now its how it is.

also i plan on adding some subtle refs that would mimic the gaurd rails and such now next to the van

and ofc im gonna fix the bg after the track on the right hahah
