[BPC 2012] Semi Final


We were really impressed with the entries last round! Don't get complacent though, as the competition is only just starting to hot up!

YOUR TASK

Rivals Theme: Subaru WRX vs Mitsubishi Evo

Now that we've tested your more conventional chopping capabilities, we want to see the artistry and creativity hidden behind those more technical talents ...

In this Round we want you to compose a piece of art that represents the long and epic rivalry between two of the world's most distinctive sports vehicles: Subaru's WRX and Mitsubishi's Evo. You are free to choose whatever base images you like - be it the latest models from each manufacturer, or perhaps some that go back to the roots of the rivalry - creativity is all we ask!

With all this freedom comes a two crucial theme requirements:
- You may produce more than one final image as your entry
- However, one of your images must feature at least one WRX and one Evo in the same image

Have fun, try your best, and remember; be creative!




DEADLINE

This is a knockout based tournament, the TOP 4 voted competitors from this division advance to the Final. You have until:

Sunday 16th December, 2012, 9:59pm UTC+11 (10:59am UTC)

Judging will begin shortly after this, and be undertaken by the judges in their separate sub-forum. Allow approximately 2 weeks between the closing of the competition and the release of the results.

Here are the final requirements of submission:

The Autemo logo must feature on your final image(s) somewhere. You can download the Autemo logo here: Logo Pack

Post your entries, 800px wide in this thread. AND supply a link to the FULL high-res version, too.

Your entry MUST also include at least 5 work in progress (WIP) images of your entry at various stages of its completion. These images must not be misleading (i.e. make it look as though you've done more work than you have).

We also request that with your submission you post any major references used. If, for example, you have used a donor extensively for perspective or copy and paste purposes please post this donor along with your chop. Members who do not do this are considered as misleading the public.

Members violating any of these rules will receive a vote penalty.
