Although a copyright notice is not required, (work is automatically subject to copyright protection under law), displaying a notice shows that you have an awareness of copyright and take infringements of your work seriously.
Can do this in China?I will try to contact them. This is a difficult problem and not fear!Work will have to use up small resolution examp.1280x1024 or watermark.
Thanks for the reading!

I'm no lawyer, and I know little about this sort of stuff... but in my opinion you would have some sort of case here.

The work of yours that they've used is probably one of the best pieces of automotive art I've ever seen - and no doubt having it on the box would certainly attract some eyes and potential buyers towards their product. Given they've used it without your permission or knowledge, and that they're profiting off your work (indirectly) I reckon you'd have every right to look into getting it removed at the very least. If you really wanted to pursue it you could be in for some money too imo (but that would be quite an expensive endeavour as far as I know).

Any Autemo artists that are lawyers around here?

I'm thinking the best course of action right now would be to send a Cease and Desist notice to the retailer, so in any case your work isnt being sold by them anymore. Then contact your government's free legal advice department (I believe every country has them?) to get advice on handling the source. They can decide whether you're able to and whether it's worth going after them.

If you want I can help you write the notice, so you can mail it to them.

Thanks for the response!
Can you please help me write a letter to the offensive in title copyright infringement?Because my English is bad for the the official things.

Many Thanks!
This is an example of a letter you could write to rcmart.com, who are selling the package.

Dear Sir/Madam,

It has come to my attention you are selling the item called 3Racing Sakura D3 CS Drift (Front Motor Drift Car) 1:10 4WD FR Touring #KIT-SAKURA-D3. The box of this kit contains original, copyrighted artwork by <Your name>, artist name SaphireDesign. The manufacturer of this kit has not obtained the rights to this artwork and is thereby infringing on the Copyright laws. I am hereby issuing a Cease and Desist notice, demanding you stop the sale and advertisement of above mentioned item. Failing to do so may result in fines, punitive/exemplary damages or worse, should this matter result in legal proceedings. Additionally a ban would be imposed from search engines as well as the website host being contacted.
Manufacturer 3Racing will also be contacted about this matter, and I suggest you inform others affiliated with the sale and Copyright infringement of this item. I trust you will address this matter within 5 business days.

Hi!
This is answer :

Dear Attilla,

Thanks for the email and sorry for possibly infringing on the Copyright.
Firstly, Do you have any proof that you are the original designer of this artwork?
Secondly, When we found this artwork we intended to find the designer, but there is no contact information. We did not intend to use your artwork without permission.
Finally, We are interested in multiple of your artworks. We would also like to offer you an opportunity to design the packaging for our company.

Thank you very much and looking forward to your reply.

Best Regards,
Suki

I think if you have any PSD-files of the work you have done, or even some WIP shots, that could be evidence that you did it. And it sounds like a good job offer if you can prove it :)
Some men just want to watch the world doing burnouts... :P

I wouldn't go further than screenshots in photoshop by the way.
