I was stolen on the Internet [serious threat]

Well, as you know, some time ago I chopped the new BRZ and StanceNation published on their web. After that, NewZeland Performance Car Magazine asked me if they can use the chop on their mag.
Today when I opened a scale model forum, I saw that someone in UK was making this chop in scale, up to now no problem.
The problem began when I saw this photo

So I realized that some UK magazine published it too, but without telling me or my consent. I registered on that forum but my account wasn't approved yet.

In this way, anybody knows the name of that magazine? Which legal sources I have to make troubles?

Thanks in advance
You'll need to tell us the name of the magazine, we can't really tell from that photo of yours!
Hello.
Agree with Jack there.
Kinda sick of people using works just like that. The other day we had an issue here with a chop of Rookiejeno.

So yes, any way you can give the original link to this image?

Link: Photochoperos
Link: StanceNation
Where did you get the image in the first post and if you don't know what magazine it is, how can you register on their forum?

Making a scale model... I wouldn't really call it stealing, I would let that one slide.
Should track down the owner and let him know that he is making your chop into reality and just enjoy it, Not like he is going to make money from selling your design..

But as for the magazine, I would find out what magazine published it and ask them to pay you, or else ask Stance nation if anyone contacted them for the chop to be printed.

I somehow agree with J_HUI there. I would suggest to inquire more about the publishing instead, rather than the scale model too
