yeah it's a bug with the website posting code. I've known about it, but haven't had a chance to fix it.

In short, there is safety mechanisms in place to prevent users from inputting any malicious types of codes to get into the forum posts. Partly what is happening here is it's changing the '&' to a '&' as a safety precaution. The & by itself can be used in some scripting languages, and that's what's triggering the forum to pick it up and change it to the safer version of '&'...

Anyway that's the explanation of what is happening. As for fixing it, you can use the website www.bit.ly to get around it for now.
