This is what I have so far with this

Chop:

First step: Change rims. This rims are blured and not good. Rims you find here: http://www.autemo.com/donorcentral/?m=donors&t=wheels,rims,tyres
Step second: If you change colour, never don't use in hue/saturation tint option. Use variations tool in image->adjustments->variations and add more red. When you add red colour go to the image->adjustments->hue/saturation and take red's on up window hue/saturation.
Third step: When you brush vents in car, try brush it on this same perspective if are old vent. If your vent is brushed, try add some changes.
Four step: Delete old bg from windows and brush elements inside car. Next take dodge tool and dodge elements inside. And last step in this point. Brush windows. Take black brush and white brush (0% hardness brush) on second and start painting them. Upper window part must be white and down part must be black. Next take Rubber tool on 20% opacity and erase some window. Delete old window and Voil'a Good luck
