Hey guys,

After the good comments and a voting of 9.25 on my Pontiac GTO chop, I thought it was time for a new photoshop artwork.

This time, my own reallife project: A '69 AMC Javelin SST 79-K.
My dad and I are building/restoring a Javelin, and this chop is a "sketch" of how it should look like when it's finished. We own the car almost 17 years now, and this is how it looks like right now:



So you could guess how long it takes us to finish the car. A long time, very long. But a man can have dreams right?

Anyway, this is the base image I have used for my chop. It's a scan out of an AMC-book.

It's not fully high-res, because Imgur has fucked up the quality of the image a little bit...

i LOVE Amc's, and Javelins in particular. The work looks very good, but the reflections are overdone a bit I think. It looks like theres same texture on car as on the wall Keep up the good work, it's nice to see something different than all the rice sometimes

You are right about the textures, it's the same because it's an empty garage where the car is in.
To be true, the textures look crappy on the highres version, because the quality is a bit poor. They look better on my photoshop file.

This is awesome, the color choice is perfect, and I don't think I can point out any mistakes or faults with it. To me, the brush is perfect, and looks amazing and pretty realistic. So props to you on that one. The styling choice is spot on, and the car looks great. Amazing work, and you REALLY DO deserve a promotion for this one, I think .
