hi all
i got a few things that i want to get them out for you guys
when some one ask about your opinion or your advice if you can help him it's not that bad if you could help him and if you can't just try to say any thing to him maybe this next word's could help him .
You must treat people equally ,Regardless of their age , country ,religion or their level .
when you see one of your friend made a new chop or a new topic on the wip you go there and put your comment to support him because he is your friend ,
and when some one "elite member" as example a member that he is very famous make a new chop
most of you run there quickly as if he in a race to put your comment there and write " first " !!! and you are very happy that you write the first one in the elite topic and keep doing this because you need something from him maybe background or want him to teach you how to brush or make you chop realism or maybe to say to others "you know this elite chopper is my friend i can ask him any favor" !!
put when some one need your help mostly you run quickly and turn your back on him and leave him
and if he ask again for help you just a void him i don't know why he maybe just want to see your point or to hear your advice .
any way i open this topic because Those events happened to me a view times personally put i am not opening this because of me only, no i open this topic because i know there is a lot of people you do the same to them out there and there is people can't ask for help because they know that no one will help
and there is some of you guys when they see one need help they say in there mind somebody will help him
put the problem is you could be the only somebody here to do it, and you don't know that
finally i want say this to all of you
Wherever a man turns he can find someone who needs him and You will rise by lifting others up
When a person is down in the world, an ounce of help is better than a pound of preaching.
and guys please always remember that some times asking help from other is not that easy to do so don't make it harder for those whose need help

Very well said, it's sad to see so many chops in new / inter with no comments or correct C&C, when those guys are the ones who need it most.

so many useless comments like
"this is bad"
""
"so ugly 1/10"

it's demotivating and far from desired, I hope this is a wake up call and try to help each other out more often.
It's the same people over and over making bad posts, so I'm going to keep an eye out for them.

Most of the time when some one PM me, I'll be happy to try and help when I have time.

So what Maxvan is right in saying is that lately, the comments suck. The Novice/Intermediate chops need helpful criticism the most, but they get the least. What also seems to be happening is useless comments like J_HUI just said and people are arrogant enough to ask for chopper's resources without even bothering to comment on the chop.

Peeps need a reminder that this is a community, not just a gallery. This is intended to be helpful for each other, not just for yourself. It is not a popularity contest, we have competitions for showing off.

So be ready to give feedback and also be open to receiving it.

well you are right maxvan ,

but sadly this will always happen no matter what you do ..
the thing is you cant make people comments better or more or...

then we also have the factor that a few of us are forum addicts and very active , but the biggest group of members comes here and just posts his work , look at a few things and is gone
then some people dont have a lot of time to spend on forums .. and on both cases we have to accept and respect that
tehre cant be a rule witch says a members has to help out or has to be active
we have learned that on digimods ......in the end it lead to bickering (put very mildly ) and the forum closed

but do know there are people who do care and take time ...
and in the end in a perfect world the majority of the members would post better comments with real c&c and all but in the end what i typed above is the reality

ps this go's for most forums about whatever jubject the forum is for / all forums are roughly like this (some real small ones maybe not but)

You are right Maxvan, but as Rich pointed out, this is sadly far from a new case. It's been a problem since Photoshopedup (along with the other big forums of the times), and there's hardly anything that can be done about it - unfortunately!
A lot of options have been discussed, and we've tried a handful of things to prevent this tendency, but it just can't be fought properly.. And with the growth of the chopping scene, the group of members that Rich described as being the largest will just keep growing as well.
However, if anyone holds some suggestions, I think you should post them in this thread!

So, maybe you can make more useful C&C other than +1/ looks good everywhere?

Sometimes I do but sometimes other people just said those things that maybe i want to point, so its like to post that twice.
