I am assuming EV stands for Electrical Vehcle, if not ignore what's about to come.

• EV's dont use the traditional brake disc setup because the individual wheels are being driven by motors that have their own brakes and electric recovery systems.
• Exhausts would be removed for obvious reasons
• If you're going for efficiency over performance then it's best to lose the diffuser aswell as it adds drag
