I like where you wanted to take this chop, the mods are small and simple, yet they give the car a really cool look. Unfortunatly there are some issues with the chop, the primary one being what you have done to the colors. You shouldn't have added so much contrast to it, makes the whole picture look quite unreal. The original is at the limit of what it could take. If you look in the hood you can see that it has become quite saturated (pixely) due to quality loss when making the paint darker. This could only, at this stage, be solved by a typical lay hands approach, typically a nice rebrush. Unfortunantly that wouldn't help with the general issue with the image that I mentioned before regarding the unreal colors. I realise that you wished for it to look like a night picture, and I guess you succeeded to some extent, but you should have enhanced it with a bg change, might have made the whole thing come together better. Would have been quite easy due to the horisontal line in the picture. Just cut the old bg out from there and add a nice night sky with maybe some starts or just clouds. With some stars you would have added some small refs to the car also, but I think you could have handled it.
I like what you did with the foglights. The groundlight looks really good, however the lit actual foglights don't. I am no expert on light, but they really need more work. My advice would be to look at some cars with lit lights, and maybe start with a C&P before going into the fine tuning brush.
I like the rims you chose. They fit the car really well with the styling. They are not over the top, and I guess they are supposed to be colorcoded to the hood, which had been really cool. However, they are a bit flat I'm afraid

This usually occurs when the donor angle is to far from the original. Try finding donors that are as close as possible! There is also the possibility of rebrushing/rebuilding the rims, but that requires some practice to get right, and is very hard with these sort of rims. A lot easier with rims with a lip
Overall a good start from you. Just keep chopping!

Cheers!
