has anyone got any good ideas on a euro style front bumper for this and maybe a front spilter im also searching flickr,google,etc thanks in advance

Just paint it in body color and smooth out the 3 big holes in the middle.

+2 to what Olli said. A front bar would look odd on this. Go with a clean subtle re-paint over what's already there and work from that. I think you'll get better results that way
