well, i think of it like it´s standard for humans to have 2 hands, wich make that meme very incorrect, or it could be saying "one does not simply have two hands on one side"

No that's not true, definitely right how you interpret it. One does not simply have 2 hands

First interpretation: Then he sure can only have one or no hands
Second interpreation: Then he sure has to have at least 3 hands
